leave that garlic in the cheese after rubbing that pan. Believe me. After having cooked in the cheese the garlic tastes amazing :P speaking as a swiss person ;) For a "boozy" cheese fondue, dip the bread in "kirsch" before dipping in the cheese :D

The pigs in a blanket, I feel will be a huge mess. Once the piggy dam is broke, you will have a party dip flood! I have never had them wrapped in puff pastry. We use biscuits or croissants here!

The dips looked burned and pretty dry.. they shouldn't have baked the dips for so long. But you're right a bowl would have been better lol

I live in Savoie and study Switzerland, I don't feel very well about the "fondue party" at 5:00. Why apple (and anything but bread) why cornstarch why lemon WHY ? And what is mild swiss cheese ? Just cheese and wine and bread. And there is a very strong belief here that you HAVE to toss the fondue by making a 8 shape with the spoon in the bottom of the pot.
