Great tips, but just an fyi.. you can't put things in folks mailboxes..you'll get a fine.. Unfortunately only mail delivered by the mailman can go inside the boxes. Just thought I'd share that info - don't want anyone to get in trouble over having a housewarming. Enjoy folks
