I use a thin bit of tissue paper placed over the powder , Basically put the tissue over the hull and tear to shape ,slide the wad in no powder migration .

That'll work. I like using thin paper over shot cards.. punch em out myself with a hole punch.. cereal and Cracker boxes are just right for it.

Where are you? You guys get your target paper from? Headed to the craft store the other day and bought 10 yards of mailing paper that was 30 inches wide for three bucks. I’d rather find a bulk roll.

There is a load that I love to see you try out it from the old mec steel shot data, which those wads are the same wads as the old mec 3" different name. It is a 3" hull, 42 gr Hercules/ Alliant 2400, 209a primer, Tuprw123 wad, 1 1/4 oz steel shot, 1260 fps with 11,500. I would go with 40 gr of powder
