well he is very right, i just can't multitask at all, i need to stop the activity imideately, if i am driving and a phone call comes i need to say to them on the phone "I AM DRIVING SO I CAN'T TALK!" "I call you when i have stoped. ok?"

I would say two of the things thats also damaging to the brain are 1.Routine. Routine habits as this doesnt stimulate the thought process. It works like a presaved map in your brain. Changing routines, Doing things differently creates alertness and an improved ability to think. 2. An Idle mind. Its important to engage in activities that stimulate the brains processes and functions of thought and recognition. Reading, working on Problem solving and analytical material, brain challenge questions etc... Doing things creatively etc... helps develop the brain and improves alertness.

Very very very valuable lesson we have here. For me, I need to sleep enough as I feel I need to, stop over eating, drink more water, eat less sugar, do not listen to music too loud, stop skipping breakfast, do more exercises, and should avoid letting my head covered when sleeping. I will do my best =_=

I think the skipping breakfast part is an old one. Nowadays scientist are encouraging people to skip breakfast or just having 1-2 meals a day only as much as possible to extend fasting state, which helps the body be more healthy.

Skipping breakfast doesn't affect negativly the brain. It all depends on your calories balance. Actually intermitting fasting can even help your brain. Intermitting hunger has always a good effect on the whole body, especially the immune system

Sleeping too much and laying in bed too much is something I’m having issue with. I added a chair in my room to remind me to sit in it. I was having confidence problems walking where I freeze in open spaces. Too much sitting in bed is bad. Also drink only half a cup of coffee because any more for me at least caused more anxiety.

Smoking Not excercising & Not being able to sleep is AWE!!!!!!! Messing me up! I quit smoking but sleeping & excercising is MY MAIN PROBLEM RIGHT NOW!!!!!!! & I just quit smoking

Many wake up every 3 hours, very bad but cause nay be ENF disturbance or overhead planes, satellites . I have this problem long term which led to tinnitus I hear all frequencies around my area. Many now also have this. And they want electric cars with charging stations all over , a sesspool of toxins!!!!!!

I agree... I eat when I'm not hungry... but we should eat only when we are hungry... not routinely eat 3 meals a day, as the medical system suggest... listen to your body instead...

Focus on Yr path .. happiness and thoughts in silence at times ..in the day helps … as does inner wisdom .. and less stress .. not to overthink and have a balanced lifestyle .. I think ! Don’t get downed by problems .. besides all the lovely points you’ve mentioned .. it’s incredibly True !!

I eat breakfast, but I wait until noon or later to "break" my "fast". I make sure I fast for 16 hours and then eat. I am calmer and have better focus.

Good advice - except for skipping breakfast! Our body is wired for skipping meals - how else would our ancestors have survived? The 3 meal a day ‘idea’ is really very recent and not always helpful. Intermittent fasting has hugely positive physiological effects especially on the brain; children however should always have a healthy breakfast

@@TurboGroszek1 well, intermittent fasting fixes that, you choose a time to eat and the the fast period, the problem with eating when you are hungry is there is no discipline and you overeat in the process.

1/ the more you use your BRAIN the more Sugar it consumes! So you need Sugar 2/The more you use your BRAIN the less you sleep because it stays active even when you sleep 3/Earphones directly through your ears wake up certain cells of your BRAIN and awake you completely. Not too loud but loud enough 4/We should eat after every 3 hours so technically there is no such things called breakfast what if I call it brunch??? 5/The MORE you use your BRAIN THE HUNGRIER YOU ARE & the MORE Food you NEED!!! 6/I AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS 100% 7/MULTITASKING is ACTUALLY the prove you're using most of all of your BRAIN. My issue is that I start work at 5:30AM. I already get up at 4:30 in order to shower, and I cannot fall asleep earlier than 10PM. My brain just won't shut off. Soooo I have zero minutes to eat breakfast in the morning.

True ie. intermittent fasting. However: if you have a mentally demanding job, doing it at 8AM on empty stomach and possibly suboptimal blood sugar might not be optimal for the job.

Thanks a lot for this wonderful imformative video. There are two organs in our body that keep us young: Brain and the Liver. You have talked about the brain; the health of liver as equally important because liver produces the harmones. Even a small amount of alcohol is harmful.

im sorry ? i think you meant the liver destroys hormones. hormones are created by endocrine glands and after carrying out their purpose they reach the liver and get recycled.

1/ the more you use your BRAIN the more Sugar it consumes! I heard that so much that I tested it out. You could do the same. Put your head under the covers for half an hour or an hour, and, with your head still under there, use a pulse oximeter to check your blood oxygen level. Then, half an hour or so later, put on a mask and wear it for the same length of time, and measure the level of oxygen in your blood.

I often miss breakfast because i work mornings. Sometimes i don't eat until 4:30 in the afternoon. Sometimes i do lose sleep due to the fact i work in the morning and evening. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I minimize sugar intake. I exercise by mainly riding a mountain bike everywhere i go.

My concentration is bad. I'm finding it hard to learn new things. I can't seem to absorb information -like if someone is explaining something new to me. I have always sleep five& half to six hours nightly. I am under doctor's care and only eat one meal per day. I have released 80 lbs & no longer on meds. Be careful when you paint with a broad brush.

Please make a video on how to rejuvenate the brain even when the sleep quota is less, like 4 hrs in the night time. I get only 4-5 hrs at night to get sleep, and 1-2 hrs at the day time due to my studies, work and all. Someone please guide me, in this routine how shall I keep my brain healthy and rejuvenating. I don't eat breakfast, my 1st meal will be around noon and I try to stop eating by 4pm. It takes about 16-18 hours to activate autophagy. Intermittent fasting is beneficial

The 4 one is wrong or inadequate because there is something called “the fasting” which u don’t eat for a while. The most popular one is to let your body digests 16 hours (with sleep) and 8 hours (eat time lunch-dinner) There are many advantages, first of all is to increase ur body protection, less button and so more. Secondly before we didn’t eat so many and so often so it is not worth to spend time to eat breakfast when you can eat more when it is lunch or dinner Thank you for reading at this state. 1/ the more you use your BRAIN the more Sugar it consumes! So you need Sugar 2/The more you use your BRAIN the less you sleep because it stays active even when you sleep 3/Earphones directly through your ears wake up certain cells of your BRAIN and awake you completely. Not too loud but loud enough 4/We should eat after every 3 hours so technically there is no such things called breakfast what if I call it brunch??? 5/The MORE you use your BRAIN THE HUNGRIER YOU ARE & the MORE Food you NEED!!! 6/I AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS 100% 7/MULTITASKING is ACTUALLY the prove you're using most of all of your BRAIN. LAZY people want genius to think they are the problem!!! 8/Do not drink too much water!!! NO it keeps you under the affluence of too much, dehydration is necessary one in a while so your body will show you, you have NO LIMIT (by this I mean your limit is not what they defined but what your body personally CAN HANDLE, thus it depends from one person to another) 9/I AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS 100% 10/Alcohol is NEEDED in your body but not excessive just 1/4 of a glass a day and Only WINE not liquor 11/The more you move when you're sick the FASTED YOU HEAL 12/YOU NEED TO EXERCISE NOT ONLY YOUR BODY BUT ALSO YOUR BRAIN Thank you for ALL THE LIES in this video 👌🏾 except the 696... I meant 666 lol For your information I used 33% of my BRAIN I have 3 Master degrees and my first one I obtained it at 16 years old and my IQ last year was 205... Not bragging just SAYING. Your theory of the 10% brain capacity used is nothing but LIE, a DECEPTION used to control the mind of the population!!! Amen🙏🏽 WAKE UP AMERICANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
