I eat salad for breakfast. I have done so for many years. In the summer, when Cucumbers are in season, I crave Cucumber and Tomato Salad. This is life! My body craves greens 😊

I am definitely guilty of eating everything on my plate, even if i don't like it. I was raised on the "clean plate" program, so I will clear my plate. Lol. Videos like these are always helpful. Maybe I should use smaller plates, like a salad plate? And maybe I should use smaller prep containers for my work lunch...🤔 Great video!!!!

Yes❣ Also work to retrain yourself to follow your _gut_ (pun _intended), not_ your indoctrination. Mindful eating will -make- help you to identify and honor/🛑 when you are satiated, and you can just put the remainder in a small storage vessel for later. At first it will seem silly to save such small amounts, but don't let your habit trick you into "just finish it" mentality. Normalize honoring your gut. It will increase your mind~body connection, and greatly benefit you in all areas of life, which will be most rewarding! Bless 💚🪽💛

This is 🔑. Like my 🇯🇲 and 🌍 ancestors and kin, I find that heat/warming/hot, whole, "supper" foods are most beneficial breakfasts. Always have been. Fishes, other meats & eggs, yam, yuca/cassava & other roots, good fruits, green vegetables, herbs & spices make for solid starts to the day. A great way to achieve this without excess [density] or exorbitant time is via a hearty, nutrient-rich soup! 🍲 Whatever you choose...ENJOY❣ Bless 💚💛🪽

SUN, nutrient-rich foods, _and_ supplements. (The number of IUs you need from 💊 should be determined by you and your trusted physicians/health & wellness team. Richly-melanated people tend to be most deficient in VD because the very thing that blesses with UV protection, curses with malabsorption. VitD is *VITAL for energy ⚡, function and quality of life. I tried Keto and started freaking over fruits and some vegetables. I thought that is crazy....no healthy eating plan should make you scared of fruits and veggies. Not food related but thought this audience might be able to shed some light for me on something. My grandmother passed away a little over a week ago (at 102 years old). Since then, I have this weird urge to deep clean and purge my house. Has anyone else that happen? How did you handle it?
@yoloxoxo4042Ай бұрын
Go with it, she might be over on the other side doing an energy healing/upgrade ❤❤❤ you got this! And I’m so sorry for your loss. Sounds like she lived a long healthy life ❤
@andreaplummer3841Ай бұрын
@yoloxoxo4042 thank you. She did live an amazing life. My grandmother was older than sliced bread and Mickey Mouse. She lived through the Great Depression, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, the Cold War, ...Saw Kennedy and Reagan shot, Mount St. Helen's eruption, watched Armstrong on the moon. Raised 4 kids, and by the time she passed, had buried two of them, but had four generations living after her. Her oldest great-great-grandchild is in his second year of college. She taught us all to love God, get an education, and that class is all about character, not a bank balance. And that soap is cheap...use it with abandon.
