I use to be a hardcore PK 247. But always loved stealing in 1997-1999. On Outlands I have 4 thief characters, even with the lame timers and nerfs, I still manage to have some fun.. it does take quite a lot of time living in the shadows, finally getting a decent steal. Nice vid!

Stealing in UO was incredible. I never had a thief, but just the everpresent threat of some bitch ass naked thief that would run off like a sniveling worm and then recall added something to the experience.

I loathe thiefs and PKs in UO. I played in the 90s and only had dial-up so thieves and PKs literally ran faster than the game guards. And I couldn't chase or do anything even though my mage was 100 in Magic, HP & Mana.

Hey fella! Sorry for the delayed response! That is a great list of people to watch, just be careful of Trammies naked saunas 😂. I run 100 Stealing/Snooping/Hiding/Stealth/Wrestle, 80 Magery and 80 Healing, and then the rest in camping for carry weight. Armour wise, I use leather 👍

Not a stupid question! You're limited to a certain number of skills per character. I forgo any combat skills and fully 'spec' into steaing and stealth. I do have some magic ability, but it's mostly used for healing and escaping.

It's honestly really easy! The hardest part is learning mechanics or dungeon routes - but i like that. Easy to play, difficult to master. Yeah, I had a Dead by Daylight channel where i honed my editing style. Lots to learn still! :)
