I've got the same design L type bandpass with a 10" in a slightly smaller box, and the bass is deep and punchy.. Would like to here this 12" play. Other than that.. the finish on this box is very very impressive indeed.. 🔥 👍 👌

This type of sound enclosure called L type bandpass. It's truly amezing sound quality form this type of enclosure. I am make it for only 6inch sub woofer but sound like 12inc.

Very good work it's nice to see the whole process and learn. Maybe I didn't notice but I think the speaker wires could use some mounting as not to vibrate, unless they just hang in the air. Also, some people install metal screw studs so that repeated removal of the speaker doesn't ruin the screw holes. A great job!

for heart thumping bass, you need a sub that plays down to at least 40Hz, and for a small room 60W to 100W amp is good but trust me once you have actually heard 25Hz, you would want a 12" sub for sure

Sound designed in movie don't have sound that goes below 24hz so no need to tune below that And for music its common at 34-36hz
