@@CombatReadyHQ They weren't Houthis, we can push forward Iran to negotiate with the Houthis and we already sent three destroyers in the red sea to put psychological pressure on Houthis but the recent incident is related with Somalian pirates who hijacked a Liberian Ship and there were 15 indian crew members , a Dornier aircraft got the SOS and soon after a go ahead msg from the NHQ INS Chennai contacted the ship to negotiate and found all the crew members locked themself in a safe strong room to keep the pirates at bay then after an warning INS Chennai sent the marcos to board the ship but by then the Pirates also anticipated an imminent attack because they didn't have any hostage in hand to shield themselves , so the pirates took a smart move and left the ship ....... Marcos boarded the ship & sanitised the total ship for any kind of bombs or explosives left by the Somalians then freed the hostages .........

As far as I know FTD facts more or less take their information directly from wikipedia and other news channels they don't do a solid research on the topics which aren't related to US. For example the 20 km run part was not that accurate as far as i believe they do a 20 km run during the hell week of their probation/selection they don't do it everyday as stated. Also most of the images used in the videos are not at all accurate to marcos. Marcos hasn't disclosed their selection process as such so most of the videos on youtube which talk about it our just taking guess.

They brought a whole plane of mineral water with them. Coz their stomach will go bad... It was hard teerain exercise. Our soldiers are hard built in 😎....

actually there were 3 units that were raised in 1941 to do special operations that were unit 150 of british forces, unit 151 of british indian forces containing kumaon, maratha, sikh regiments and unit 152 of gorkha regiment.... they were regarded as the first special forces to exist in the world as we know US copied the same tactic to form their special force in 1944 too doing their marketing stuff😐 the ones who were actually fighting were these 3 units they are overshadowed because nobody knows it... later after independence of india the unit 150 was formed into the 2 wings of SAS and SBS with regiments of gorkhas divided between india and UK... the unit 151 was converted into the first 9 para special forces in late 60s and others regiments were raised side by side... the unit 152 of gorkha was disintegrated and integration into queen's guard was done.... marcos is a newer unit which contains the tier 1 operatives, there is 3 more classified units which operates as we call tier 0 units... these clips are of infantry, you can't find the pictures of marcos operatives only officers are allowed to show their faces when they retire...
