I'd recommend dry wasabi powder, about 2-3 years shelf life, just add water and you've got yourself tasty wasabi. What's the kind of those mushrooms?

Great condiment to have - multiple uses and fantastic in many dishes. The mushrooms we usually store are: black ear or wood ear mushrooms shiitake tee tree mushrooms maitake and oyster mushrooms And if I'm lucky enough to get to the woods and find some porcini or bolete mushrooms and dry them myself and store for winter - they are glorious.
