My problem is the holidays. I agree that I usually only use a fraction of what I have but I can easily have 20 to 25 people for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. It’s hard because some things I only use a few times a year but then I need them. I love this video though. Lots of great ideas and it motivates me to de clutter. Thanks!

I don’t want guests to use paper plates, so I keep the plates that my family uses in the main kitchen cabinet and keep the rest in the side table cabinet in the dinning room.

I'm sorry but I love my kitchen aid mixer. I start it up, add ingredients and by the time I've added it all it is mixed. I don't have to stand there holding the mixer. On the other hand, I don't understand how you acquire all those utensils. I received a set of ten for a wedding gift. 44 years later I am still using them. Love your lists.💞

Thank you Vondra! If you love and use your Kitchen Aid mixer then definitely keep it! I had mine on my counter for about 5 years (only used like 3 times!) and decided I had to make a change :)

not exactly a clutter tip but i organized inside of my drawers , making sections, so it will avoid randomness and indirectly, piling up clutter and for some old spatulas, i use it to squeeze the sheets under the matress, because i have long nails and i don't wanna harm them :D

I did all that and I pretty much went crazy all at once. It felt good. Lol. 😅😅 After that it was just tweak here and a tweak there. Most basic things you pretty much can just pick up at Dollar Tree or Walmart anyways for cheap. I kinda use the 20/20 rule. Can I get a new one for under $20 and in 20 minutes? Makes the small stuff easy to get rid of. It also made room for a few things I didn’t even know I wanted/needed yet. Lol. One I’m thinking of is this funky ground beef masher utensil that is pretty good at mashing some other things as well. 😬

We all have different needs and preferences. For me it would be inefficient and wasteful to be handwashing dishes, cutlery, etc every day. It takes me 5 days on average to fill my dishwasher. That one load every 5 days or so only uses as much water as one sink of handwashing. It also saves on power to heat water and detergent.

I love my kitchen aid, it stays on the counter. We bake a lot, breads and cakes. I got ride of my bread maker.
