Brittany, try Therabreath mouthwash. They make a toothpaste that you’re supposed to use with it but I noticed that it dulls my tastebuds and things don’t taste as good so I just use the mouthwash. Talk about ALL DAY FRESHNESS!!! My mouth just tastes and feels great! I feel so confident when I use it. I highly recommend it!

A good drugstore foundation that I like is the wet n wild one. It’s very inexpensive. The only draw back is that it has a pretty strong smell to it. I learned about it from Tatis channel and she highly recommends it.

Clarisonic cleaner with Ivory soap. I'm 55, still get pimples. My face just does NOT feel clean without using these two each time I wash. I get generic brushes for refills off Amazon tho. They work fine !

C H Our face does better with acidic products and soap is basic. Try using a more acidic cleanser or balance the pH of your skin with a toner. To draw out impurities use a 1:1 mix of olive oil and castor oil. Rub on face and sit a hot wet washcloth on top, rinse with hot water and repeat a couple more times and wipe off the oil then moisturize. I use natural products like Desert Essence face wash, rose water toner (or mix of rose & aloe water with alcohol free witch hazel), and avocado oil & Shea butter to moisturize along with random combos of almond oil, argan oil, or jojoba oil).

Best drugstore foundation: L’Oréal infallible pro-glow (the blue one). It’s medium coverage but it feels very light on the skin and it leaves you with a literal glow on your face 😍 plus, it has spf and its super cheap.

Love you so much Brittany oh, I also have sensitive teeth and I've been using Sensodyne toothpaste but the dentist told me if you have sensitive teeth and you use Sensodyne that you cannot use the one that has whitening in it because that counteracts everything that Sensodyne is being bought for. I have found for white teeth is just putting a little bit of baking soda on your toothbrush when you're brushing will really help to whiten your teeth and make your teeth feel so clean

My current favourite foundation available at drug stores is the L'Oréal Infallible 24 hour fresh wear! Omg I've scrapped all of my higher end foundations for this and onto my 3rd bottle. It wears so well all day, I got it after watching a review by Tati Westbrooke and I highly recommend it! Can't wait till pay day to order the pillow and face cream! Thanks for the great tips!

Some great hacks! My latest go to summer beauty product is the L’Oreal True Match Lumi Glotion in the shade Deep. It is like a tinted moisturizer and sunless tanner for the face all in one, and leaves such a soft sheen to my skin! A few drops by itself for sheer coverage and a hint of glow, or I can mix it in with a BB cream or foundation if I want more coverage, but it is awesome! I am pretty fair, so if I haven’t applied sunless tanner, I do need to bring the L’Oreal glotion down my neck and décolleté area or my face will be noticeably darker than the rest of me.

Tongue scrapers are great had one for years not very well know but once you start you can't live without. I have a really strong gag reflex and can't brush my tongue but I'm fine with this it's so quick. Must must must try CYO life proof foundation from Walgreens. I’ve only been able to find it online and it’s often sold out. Only $7. It’s my holy grail. Doesn’t exaggerate pores. After every dental cleaning from our dentist, we are sent home with a "goodie" dental bag with a new toothbrush, floss, etc., and Sensodyne toothpaste. This toothpaste works wonders for sensitive teeth and whitening. I'm going to tryout the mouthwash and other products you recommended. I'm 57 yrs. young and my go-to foundation is Lorea'l Infallible. It has excellent coverage and overall staying power. It doesn't clump into my pores or my fine lines and a little goes a long way! I just subscribed to your channel because you get straight to the point and have an array of recommendations. I'm also going to try out the pillow because anything to help with slowing down the aging process, plus....it may help with neck posture. I've tried many pillows in my lifetime, spending up to $200 and I've only found one pillow that looks similar to your pillow, but I was traveling and left it behind at the military base in California. Unfortunately, I don't remember the brandname of the pillow. Thanks again for your recommendations and looking forward to seeing more of your videos!

Smartmouth might work for you if you don’t have any severe oral hygiene issues but if you have sinus problems, postnasal drip, phlegm etc. I recommend using the Therabreath system- that really helps me! Therabreath toothpaste kind of eliminates the need for a tongue scraper as well.

Just to note about whitening toothpaste- it’s an abrasive against your enamel, which you’re basically using to scrape away thin layers of your enamel- once it’s gone, there’s no getting it back. You can fact check this with dentists. Over time you’ll develop more sensitivity. Otherwise love you Brit!

It’s not drugstore but I have found the perfect solution to foundation that looks great in natural light-I mix a pump of my Cetaphil face sunscreen moisturizer with a pump of the IT Cosmetics CC Cream and it comes out to be a flawless, airbrushed wash of coverage. I’ve always been so paranoid of my foundation looking crazy when I step outside. 💖

My son had a problem with sinus breath. He is very disciplined with his hygiene, but couldn't get the breath under control. I felt so sorry for him! I bought him some Smartmouth and it helped tremendously, but every once in a while the sinus breath would creep in. So, he added Therabreath to his regime. Now, he never has the problem.
