I sleep in a headscarf every night. As a curly haired woman I need to. It has made a world of a difference in my hair. Funny enough I used to have the exact same head scarf as the video. I used it for a year before the straps stretched. Now I have a pink silk one. Love it. Bought both from amazon.

Lisa Mcdonald biotin pills don’t replace the thyroid hormone. Your mom probably didn’t have a hormone issue or if she did it was just a bandaid. The pituitary gland is what produces the body’s hormones and if that’s not working properly biotin won’t fix it

Make sure you sanitize you’re washing machine if you’re putting your blenders in there. Your blenders will get all kinds of bacteria in them from things like your undies and what not! I learned the hard way and am now spreading the info. If you already do this, sorry I bothered you lol! Tons of love ladies!
