Please could you give a complete body workout for skinny hard gainers without equipment😢
@TIFFxDAN5 күн бұрын
We are working on a new program now that focuses on building muscle. I think you'll like it. As for your body type, to gain muscle and size it really comes down to your nutrition. You need to eat more to gain more. If you are skinny now and don't change your eating habits, then it's incredibly difficult and almost impossible to add size. I would begin with eating an extra 500 calories or so each day while continuing to train 3-5x per week to convert that extra energy into muscle. You will need to be in a caloric surplus for a significant amount of time to see results. I'm talking years. Be patient and make adjustments as needed over time, but consistency will be key if you want to truly put on more muscle mass.

Hello teacher, my virtual trainer, I always follow and practice the exercises that you train, they are very suitable for me. I hope there are more abdominal exercises and exercises to reduce fat in the intercostal area because my intercostal area has a lot of fat. Please help me teacher.
@TIFFxDAN5 күн бұрын
Thanks for following along. I'm glad you're enjoying the workouts! When it comes to reducing fat you need to focus on your nutrition, specifically being in a caloric deficit. Exercise and strength training will help you build muscle and burn calories, but nutrition is where you'll see the biggest changes in your body.
