I’m currently 30 weeks, and have been following your prenatal program for the last two weeks since our lockdown...Wow, this KILLED my shoulders with my five-pound Bowflex weights! I had to pause it several times to try and keep up from the intense ache...BUT this will benefit me immensely, as all your videos have done ♥️

Hey momma - way to push! I just want to make sure you were pushing past a muscle burning/fatigue feeling and not an injury/pain feeling. The first is okay, the second is not! 5lbs is tough, pregnant or not! If you have 3 lb weights available you may want to switch to that. If you don’t, make it your own drop-set!
