Love it! Awesome routine, great vocal instrucitons, and no annoying music!! On tricep kickback, i wonder if you don't bring it all the way in, will it make it more effective? I tried it, and it really burned me out.

Oh and for the Overhead extensions I try to stay low on weight, about 15-20 pounds and do lots of reps and sets, 25-50 reps, 3 or 4 sets daily. I'm lucky enough to have the time to focus on long work outs :)

For blaster i used 10Kg, for kickback & lying ext i did go with pairs of 6Kg. Hard to control the form if using too heavy db while doing kickback & lying ext. Thanks Coach Alex! #crockfit

Was going slow and steady for the last year with the kettlebell while unwell but it's time to ramp it UP now that my kidney surgery is in the rearview mirror!!! Lifting kettlebells everyday while waiting for surgery was the best idea ever, my arms are way different than this time last year, I feel like I can crack a coconut bare handed :D

12.5 each side, because it's all i have, right after getting through the 10 min bicep one, I seriously struggled to get though this. Thankfully had an 8k kettle bell for the last bit, though that was a nightmare too. Great work out.

Hit the spots there... Used 5 kilos for first two set, per dumbell, then dropped to 1.25 kilo per dumbell for the final set. For the warm down I used the 5 kilo one again.
