I love that you suggest using diet to improve sleep, to give us more energy to exercise. That's a huge shift for most people and it's so positive. Most focus on diet for weight loss or muscle gains, but I prefer the way you suggested. When menopause hit, with insomnia and weight gain galore, I had no choice but to focus on food to help me sleep again. I'm really glad you're teaching it this way. ❤

I learned a lot from this video. I had previously found chicken livers to be too much cholesterol (making me sluggish and congested), which was disappointing to me because of all of the nutritional benefits, but I'll try again because, lately, I have been including more fiber in my diet. CoQ10 (12:34) was a useful reminder for me.

Its so cute to see you that you are doing these slow down age’ng videos )) I started my fitness journey years ago when i saw you first time that you were doing push ups.I said to myself look at that hot chick,i can do that too I tired and could not complete like you >.< I was working in Siberia that time.That was the day i say to myself dude what the hack)) Oh well i am in very good shape now, had some injuries, bad days too but i pushed through also i am around my 40s now and still doing it and getting results) Thanks for sharing and vibing for the community takecare with yourself)

I've always been a fan of supplements for overall health but sometimes find it difficult to know which is the best way to take them. Do you take them early in the morning in an empty stomach or right before eating, after eating? No it isn’t. Eating whole and natural foods in season are healthy and cheap. Veggies, fruits, beans, rice, oats, etc are cheap. She said plant based in her video. Meat is expensive but I still eat lean meat on sale in moderation. Walking or exercising inside or outside is free.
