Goku hit his head so hard so many times in Dragonball. The only”kakarot” I could argue is maybe the first time he went SSJ. Because it wasn’t just rage he was malicious cold and honestly out of character even when he’s angry

Daitomodachi did it better than DBS Superhero) - Goku Black is Goten - Android 17 brought back all of the other 6 previously erased universes - Hit was still in the arena after being eliminated by Jiren

Something to note about Trunks receiving Tapion's sword, I've never seen it as an explanation to Future Trunks having his. I always saw it as more of a parallel between the two Trunks, given Present cuts Hirudegarn's tail in the same manner as Future split Freeza in two. I assume the misconception tends to happen because the credits show Future Trunks using his + GT having Present Trunks use a sword.

Ngl I was fully convinced that the Grand Priest was going to be evil because at that point I had no idea where the series would be going after the TOP. I mean, where else would Goku go after becoming the strongest mortal in the multiverse besides fighting the Gods themselves? Yet, the series did the one thing I would've never expected at the time It just ended..

He clearly is being treated as if he's gonna be fully neutral. He's the one who takes care of the omni king, so if someone evil was doing that, He would control them and make them do horrible things, due to their childlike nature.

I just reasoned that the SSG form was what happened when they activated their God Ki in base. I like to think that they don't have enough mastery of God Ki to completely assimilate it into themselves and make it their base. So, anytime where they aren't using SSG or SSB, the god Ki passively dwells inside them.

Personal theories of mine: The wish to de-age the Pilaf Gang was only ever shown in the Battle Of Gods movie, and they weren't present for any of Z, so before the manga confirmed the wish, I had a theory that Super was their first chronological appearance, and the Gang from the OG series were time travelers from a future where Trunks died, playing gag villains to make Dragon Ball happen as intended so Trunks would survive. Also, I have a theory that Bardock's wish is the reason Goku's heart restarted when he was a kid, and the heart virus from the Androids Saga and the Future is Toronbo's consequence for Bardock's wish. One theory that isn't mine, but I really like it, is that Merus is a reincarnation of Zamasu.

I have a similar theory about Goku and Raditz only being protected by Toronbo when they were weaker than the Dragon, but the Merus-Zamasu thing makes no sense because Merus is way older than Goku.

I find the Kakarot theory so edgy. I mean it’s not like they’re two different people in Goku’s body. Kakarot is his real name due to being born a Saiyan, but he was named Goku due to Grandpa Gohan and is obviously known more as Goku. The only Kakarot moments are when Goku is displaying his Saiyan side like when he spared Vegeta and turned SSJ on Namek. It isn’t like Yugi with Yami nor Itadori with Sukuna.

Regarding gohan PTSD, think about this: his first public socialization has a friend struck into a house, his dad dead, and was kidnapped by his uncle. Subsequent encounters did not help, and people forcing him to fight is counterproductive to the issue

I remember the Hit theory and that it would've been sick to see If true, if it was as you said kinda absurd. Some theories for Super I remember was -Botamo being the Majin Buu for Universe 6 -All the Destroyers and Angels were related since the u6 and u7 G.O.Ds and Angels were. (only half of this came true). - Basil having god ki because of his fiery aura. Those are some that come to mind.

One theory I remember was how Jiren was basically gonna be a Superman expy, a genuine OP good dude focused on helping others. In a way he was, but the moment he opened his mouth that went out the window. Also at some point we found out that he and his crew was more likely based on sentai. I still wish he'd actually been that. The Jiren we actually got was lame as fuck.

I remember when we were speculating Vegetas ultra instinct. The theory went that Goku's Ui has blue aura that displays his defensive capabilites and Vegeta would get red aura for offense . Then both saiyans would fuse into Vegito with perfected UI (that would have both red and blue auras)

I remember the theories about the Angels being evil and becoming the final challenge of the Tournament of Power or Zamasu somehow being involved via possessing Future Zeno so he could continue wiping out mortals across the universes via the ToP.

When RoF first came out, I thought that once Goku and Vegeta absorbed their god ki in base, they had actually lost access to their normal SSJ forms since their godly ki replaced their normal kI, with SSJ blue being their only form

The theory that Gohan has/had PTSD is possible to me. From the cell arc he did watch his father sacrifice himself again, his friends were nearly killed (all) but trunks did die and also the seven year gap we don’t see any signs of PTSD from him but it could be hidden or a factor as to why he didn’t train as much.

I have a problem with Cabba being as strong as base Vegeta. In battle of the gods goku absorbed the strength of the god form in base. So does that mean they were initially close to or on par with the super Saiyan god? I get they had to scale them up to give them any relevance considering how week the universe 7 saiyans were but stiiiiill ha.

Combine that with people saying Goku is a bad father led some people to believe Goten was feeling left out with proof being that super didn’t do much with kid Trunks and Goten. One thing to keep in mind, 17 didn't make the wish. He told the GP what he wanted, and the GP made the wish. The Grand Priest most likely didn't as for "all" of the universes to be restored, rather than "all the universe destroyed in the tournament of power" to be restored.

When Gohan was, I think four he was kidnapped by his uncle, found out that his father died, had to train with Piccolo, had to fight two powerful Saiyans and beat the crap kicked out of them. And saw bunch of fighters get brutally murdered by Nappa, pretty much, saw his father get the crap kicked out of them by a giant monkey, and then Vegeta tried to beat the crap out of them. He had to fight Ginyu force, and was nearly killed. And had to fight Freeza who pretty much killed Krillin, Vegeta, dende, and Goku went missing for about a year on a different planet. He also had to fight Cell even though he was a scared little boy forced to fight an evil monster that was literally beating the crap out of him and nearly killed them a couple times. Having trauma for all that would not be surprising that would explain why he doesn’t train as much. It just brings back bad memories of death and destruction.😱😱😱😱

Before DBS, super hero came out, like during its first trailers, I was really hoping that Raditz, nad DKP would also come back as brainwashed androids and kidnap Pan instead. Like how doctor Heddo did with those random bodies from the morgue, they could have retconed it, so that the RRA confiscated their bodys and brought them back Winter Soldier style. In order for Raditz to then redeem himself by self-destructing against Cell max, Just for Cell max to then survive that, and trigger gohan beast. And piccolo could get his orange form after getting his potential unlocked, and fusing with mecha DKP.

about the Goku turning into kakarot when he gets mad, thats not something only for goku, pretty much every saiyan goes berserk when mad, Gohan when turned into super saiyan 2 instantly killed all the cell jr without thinking twice, and was acting like namek goku throughout most of that fight, also vegeta in the same saga got so mad at trunks death that he went all out against Cell without thinking twice, same for when he got mad at beerus for hurting bulma, thats not a goku thing thats a saiyan thing

I can actually see why zamasu would attack Jiren. Jiren wanted to be the strongest ever so maybe in a different timeline he got that wish by winnig the tournament of power and zamasu seeing that doesn’t want to let that happen so he goes back in time and maybe in different timelines as an attempt to kill Jiren or just change the course where he doesn’t win the tournament.

Goku is already Kakarot though. All saiyan can be pure goodness if they get hurt on the head at the right time of their life. probably while being a baby. He's not "just" goku. He's always been acting like a Saiyan. The overeating? Saiyan. The getting stronger by fighting? Saiyan. TONS of stuff in his childhood was explained by him being Kakarot. You guys are so silly.
