Your garden is so beautiful! I love all the different crop combinations, it makes the whole place feel so dynamic. One thing that I found is helpful for drying herbs is to use rubber bands to bundle them instead of string, because they shrink as they dry and may fall out of the string. Learned that one the hard way 😂

Your videos are very beautiful and inspirational, Eugenia, thanks for sharing. I've been growing broad beans for years and they always attract a lot of blackfly (aphids). However, if you just pluck off the top 10cm or so of each plant, where the blackfly feed on the softer vegetation, you'll reduce the infestation without reducing your crop, nor damaging the plants. Of course, the ladybugs will still find some to eat!
