After hunting for several videos on surya namaskar , I found this. the best video!!! The pace is just perfect. I love this pace where you are not running a marathon. I mean come on!! one video I found where they did one round in 18 sec. If I were able to do it at that pace ... I wouldn't need a video. This pace is neither too slow .... nor to fast.

This is such a great video! I’ve been wanting to start practicing Surya Namaskar, but all the videos I saw only did it once slowly and one last time fast, this really helped me understand the moves and flow and the Meditation was amazing.

Suddenly I came to a realization that I am very harsh to myself. I keep judging my body, my intellect, my capacity to grasp new things. For the last 3 years I tried learning programming and failed miserably and so I lose my confidence and trust to myself. I want the peace that you have.

Hi Riti.. I need a clarification. I already had my spinal muscle tear 12 yrs back. From then am not able to sit continuously for even 5 mins without any back support. In this case if I do Suryanamaskar will I get any hurt again to my back? Will it induce the pain again? Coz am trying sun salute for the past 3 days. Now I have severe pain at the end of my spinal. can't able to sit after continuous work n can't able to get up after continuous sitting. Cud u plz guide me out to find the relief.....🙏🏻🙏🏻

Please do not practice if it increases your pain.. I am not sure of your current status so it will be best to consult a physiotherapist and get an approval for practice. He will be able to guide you better. 🙏🏻

Offcourse only if you back it up with yog. Only yoga can’t help. Plus it helps reach flexibility, strength and mobility. Added benefits
