Sorry about that! Stand against a wall with your hips, upper back and head on the wall. Make a football (American) field goal shape with your arms against the wall as much as you can. Raise your arms up the wall maintaining contact as much as you can. Sets and reps can vary. You may be able to find this exercise by searching KZbin for "tech-neck wall exercise".

99.999% of people acknowledges it. The problem is the right wing media actively look for those that don't, and other gender nonsense and make a news item on them to outrage their viewers. It's done to make people hate the left. ( even the left hate that woke junk) and that the politicians on right are able to avoid having to talk about their close ties to corporations donating massive amounts of money into their campaigns. The Culture Wars are just an exaggerated smokescreen to hide behind

Here's one that my wife loves, and I didn't even know that until she told me well after our first date. This is something I do without really thinking about it as it just feels natural to me. On our first date and consequent dates, and to this day, when entering a crowded room or an area with a lot of people where we have to get to a point across the crowd, as we start walking I place my hand on her lower back and gently guide us through the crowd. She told me that she loves when I do that and when I did it on our first date walking through a crowded restaurant she knew that we were going to be seeing each other again. Very simple act that at least for my wife, she considers very gentlemanly and masculine. Her words :)

Most of these, of course, assume attraction is already present. My teen daughter is very pretty. She is Single and wants a boyfriend. There are guys that she knows like her... but she doesn't like them in that way. I asked her, 'So, what do you want in a boyfriend?" And she listed all those internal traits a woman will list of the "nice guy".. - Loyal - Respectful - A good sense of humor - Polite and "not a jerk" - Honest and good moral standards - etc, etc, etc. So I started going through the list of guys she has been told have a thing for her. Everyone of those guys had some if not most of these qualities... and yet, she's not interested. I explained to my daughter, whom I love, that she should take this as an object lesson about female to male attraction. There's something more going on than her noble list of preferred characteristics. She is being honest. She really does want a boy who has those traits, but only if they are present in someone she is already attracted too. When speaking of those guys who like her but she doesn't want, she'd use phrases like "He's just kind of blah", to describe them and why she rejects their interest in her. I explained that what she has going on is nothing but typical female attraction standards. She wants an Alpha who treats her (and HER ONLY) like a Beta would. I said, "I love you girl, but good luck with that." My lesson really started to hit home when we went through the list of her "crushes" over the past couple of years... guys she secretly would want as a boyfriend, but who were probably clueless since my daughter is incredibly shy and yet highly dignified. I asked her, "So let me guess, that guy in Algebra or the other guy in your AP English class from last year, both those guys are guys your friends talk about, saying how cute or hot they are.. am i right?" She looked at me as if to say, "How'd you know?" The bottom line was this.... her and all her friends are focused on those one or two guys out of ten, the alpha males. The other eight or nine guys are pretty much invisible to her and her friends, even though they are honest, loyal, moral, etc. all those traits she claims she wants. And yet it is the alpha who she has that spark of attraction for who is the least likely to be loyal, highly moral and not end up being a "jerk". I told her all this is fine, so long as she understands the otherwise unconscious dynamics that are going on inside of her. I want her to be careful, choose wisely and with the fullest understanding possible of her own internal motivations. She looked at me in a sort of sad way and said, "Thanks Baba for making me feel depressed". The whole reality talk ended up being depressing because it sort of diminished the fairytale delusions a lot of young girls operate under.

This is actually amazingly common in the mammalian animal world. When I was in Africa, the guide told us that most of the groups of male animals you see are what they call “bachelor herds” The dominant male actually mates with most of the females until he’s no longer dominant and then another one will step in…… it makes evolutionary sense to have those strong genes present, but it sure is hard on us non dominant guys sometimes! .
@rougebaba3887
@rougebaba3887 9 ай бұрын
@@TravelVideoSource I have a question about it making "evolutionary sense". Certainly it does seem that the more dominate a male is the more likely they will be strong and healthy. The snafu in this wouldn't be an issue until later, moving into 2nd or 3rd generational offspring. If all females in a heard are giving birth to offspring from a single male, then these offspring may very well be mating with close kin (a half sibling, no less) which I suppose might start amplifying any genetic flaws present rather quickly, however mild at the original male. Of course even at the second generation it will be the healthiest, strongest male... so perhaps one in which the flaws are not amplified or even present, or at least, that is how I would answer the question perhaps.

So everyone knows, this still applies no matter how long you’ve been together. I’ve been married 40 years, and if we are going into a crowded place I will step forward, reach back for her hand, and she will just latch onto it and follow. And similar to lifting something heavy (or hard labor in general) reaching up to get something that’s far out of her reach has the same effect.

I was at a neighborhood party recently with my wife.. We were separated into different social groups across the room from each other. I felt her starring at me and smiling from across the room as I glanced over. She smiled slightly, brushed her hair over her ear and went back to her conversation in her circle. As we were walking home (holding hands, of course) she commented on how I stand and carry myself... Shoulders back, my left hand usually in my pocket and my right hand directing the conversation and/or casually holding a drink. She stated how relaxed and confident I look in almost every social situation. Even when the discussions can be on awkward subjects, I keep a calm demeaner, a clear straight forward eye contact and a slight smile on my face. She called this my most attractive feature. I took her in my arms, held her close and replied "..and I love your fantastic looking rear end!" and blew the entire mood.... I need to work on my timing I guess....

😅 Yeah, bad timing for that. She complimented your behavior and you responded with.. a physical attribute? How about going in with how you felt the burn of that lovely and seductive gaze she gave you, and the way she touched her hair... I mean, you already described just perfectly what you could and should have said to her. Just a little soft spoken words, following your own fingers as you gently push that stroke of hair that has fallen down on her cheek back behind her ear, then bring your eyes back locking them into hers and stareing into them with that secretive smile on your lips... You'll get the drift. 😉

I want to say, as a guy who doesn't do any of these except for carry heavy things, that being a genuinly warm person (and this can be learned) works too. These mannerisms are surface level expressions of the love in your heart, the presence of your attention, the connection you create and relationship you cultivate with yourself. I'm saying that using these expressions can be a shortcut and it can work from the outside to within, but investing time and effort into becoming a more self-accepting person is really effective as well because you'll automatically do a bunch of attractive stuff just by being yourself. I went out last week and a few women hit on me, and no eyebrows were raised nor was there any leaning and headshaking.

These are some VERY observant tips about us guys. One thing I do (because when I was young my mother told me that my dad did this, and I could tell she was impressed with his masculinity - in the way he walked. He had very strong legs - a former bicycling champion - and he swaggered - just barely perceptibly - just a jaunty stride that showed his confidence, sure-footedness, and strength. So, being kind of strong, myself, I walk with a strong stride, with my head up, looking around as I walk. Nothing says "Loser" like some dude always looking down in front of him as he walks. Walk with head up, looking around, ready for action if necessary.

Learning to dance will automatically make you stand out. Most women love to dance. You can create a connection...physical, mental, and emotional very quickly this way (if you want). Your problem will be dancing with the right women hahaha. Basic swing, hustle, merengue, bachata, cha cha, rumba, and salsa all work well as social dances and actually if you practice enough, you will surprise yourself. Bonus points if you learn some line dances. If you are shy or introverted, dance is a good ice breaker for you with women. Plus you learn about posture, shifting weight, and how to....lead LOL Now go forth and get out of your comfort zone, the women will love you for it!

In general, men only have to be willing to get her out on the dance floor. It IS A GOLDEN Ability. And the show is very good to. If you are going to learn an actual dance I'd start with shuffle. Fairly easy and a zillion variations. very popular with younger women. Very fun and active also.

I can 100% confirm the dancing. I'm a bit of an introvert and don't have many friends, those that are, are very dear to me. My wife and I started Country Western dancing back in the day it was all the rage. We learned from others, and from watching videos and such. When we arrived at a new place to dance, I would do the first few dances with my wife. I can not tell you how many time I was approached by strange women asking me to dance with them (same with my wife). She always found it a turn on that other women took interest in me, so it worked to both of our advantage. There would be nights were I had those first few dances with my wife and slow songs, and the rest of the night I would be dancing with other woman for 4-5 hours. A good strong confident dancer, every woman loves.

I just came across this vid and had an epiphany: All my life I never understood why women have been attracted to me - not all, but more than I realized - and since I never saw myself as any sort of "handsome" I didn't understand the attraction they showed. This in turn made me awkward, shy and embarrased - creating some (now) hilarious and awkward moments - and lost opportunities! LOL The epiphany: I do most of these things naturally and didn't - still don't - think of them as attraction triggers!! Now I'm in my mid-sixties and yes, still get "hit" on - and still have the same awkward reaction LOL. My kids tell me I'm a "silver fox" - hadn't heard that before - and having now learned what these simple and natural actions, I'm sure I'll be more careful - or hopefully more aware anyway of the dynamics around me! Thank you for these insights!

@theTimmer LOL fair enough but I'm inclined to protect my privacy - and really I don't need any "score"; I'm quite comfortable with my own assessment and what it garners me! 😄 This vid has definitely helped me understand the responses of women around me, and has also affirmed my self confidence and for that I'm grateful! What it boils down to is a quality I have discussed with a variety of women, sone of them absolutely goegeous, who didn't understand this quality they have: sensuality. It's a very misunderstood characteristics and not always easy to quantify. What makes a woman sensual? It deserves a blog and not a reply post on a video but in short, it's a combination of gracefulness, movement, certain nuances like the way she wrinkles her nose or moves a hand, a sound she makes. It also can include physical beauty of course - but that's not always a given. And that's what I've discovered Anna has described here in this video so well, is the *masculine* sensuality through movement, gestures and grace - and I learned how it applies to me! As I mentioned, I have discussed this with lovely ladies who confided in me that they were perplexed with the attention they received - or some other woman recieved - and I explained to them the nuances of sensuality that I had observed. They all had an "aha!" moment - and now I had my own! 👍😊

This has resulted in a very impressive physique if the frequent compliments I receive from women are any indication. My daughter and I attend multiple music gigs/concerts every month, and she is frequently compelled to get between me and women who attempt to get my attention. Interesting. For years I was in Commission Only Sales and was quite good at it. At work I picked up numerous awards and had respect from my peers. I would start on a Monday with Zero and by the end of the week/month I'd have earned enough to keep my family in a decent and improving lifestyle and I felt pretty good about that. My wife never once complimented me on this, but one time I put up a shelf and she told my children 'isn't your Dad clever'...other times she'd say 'I really like the way you reverse the car with just one hand on the steering wheel'. To be honest, these 'compliments' just pissed me off because they meant nothing to me...oh and regards the Sales career...when we divorced she said 'you lied for a living'...so you can imagine how that made me feel.

Many people see salesmen as liers but the fact is more on the psychological level how you get the prospects / buyers to like your products and feel, or get knowledge of, that the products will be benificial for them. I know that some sellers lie a lot but for instance in the industry there are more to a sell than just a short talk. One need to ask the prospects what they do now and what their needs are and explain how much they can earn on the machine one want them to buy. In my opinion after selling very different products for many years is to avoid lying to the prospect and in the end have both buyer and seller satisfied.

There is also a saying "buyers are liars" and it is true. I once had a kid ask me why car salesmen are always lying, so I told him customers lie all the time. He asked how and his dad did too. I told him knowing that I'd lose the sale. I said "they go to a dealership and say "I'll be right back" when they really intend to keep looking". Of course the dad had to go back to the last dealership...

I think you should have divided these in 3 categories. First: things that men do naturally that are attractive to women. Second: Things that you can do on a first date that can help the guy "seal the deal", and third and finally: what you can do with your girlfriend that makes her feel more attracted to you. Without this distinction I feel like a lot of guys are going to get in trouble trying some of these, especially with today's American sensitivities about man, woman interactions. 😂

A long time ago, when first watching the movie GOODFELLAS, there was a scene where Ray Liotta incorporated several elements, and it was one of the coolest moves. In the scene, at his girlfriends apartment, he pulls this move where he throws her on the bed in front of her friends, and playfully ravages her. Then in a second, then gets up and makes eye contact with one of her friends and holds his gaze on her, all while slowly moving towards her. When he does this, you can see that the friend is instantly on fire as she makes a clumsy exit from the room. But this scene had many things you touch on: exhibition of strength , ravaging, posture , and eye contact. Over the years I have used elements of this scene when the moment is right - AND IT GETS A SIMILAR RESULT- instant weak knees. The first time I tried this, it worked!( and I’m no Ray Liotta). Look up this scene, and tell me if you know what I’m getting at.

Love this! Most are fairly common sense but seeing them listed like this is a nice reminder to be more aware. I think girls like the "shy" guy sometimes because we naturally do some of these actions out of awkwardness and/or sometimes just not knowing what to say. It's funny that girls can interpret that as being confident or sexy. I def wanna watch more of your videos!

Excellent! Ive done the hair and rubbing the jaw moves after hearing an anthropologist describe moves like that as male grooming to express their masculinity, but I've also done it when I felt the lady could imagine herself doing it, and I was doing it for her and it drew her to me a little more. The lifting something heavy move is one I always looked for, but think you need to do it gracefully, so it looks effortless - - then get all modest and not understand when she coos about how strong I am, as if I figured everyone is that strong (I was a carpenter and was well-developed). That also includes reaching up high for something that is far from her reach. Another move I have is, when walking down the street, if there's a really loud noise or something startling, I will put out an arm and kind of stop her from walking while stepping protectively in front of her or between her and the thing that may be seen as a threat of some sort, being a shield. A gentleman always walks down the sidewalk between the street and the lady anyway.

@@paulrichards2365 Correct, I am not young. I was properly educated in the social graces on what to do and how to think regarding women. Much experience through practice has paid off and I continue to grow as a man. My manners were a delightful surprise to women in Europe. Like some American women who have been surprised at opening a door or seating them in a restaurant, the surprise is quickly replaced by appreciation. I tell younger men - - - Be a man women want and women will want you. It's that easy.

Yes, taking the time to talk to people shows confidence, amity, & respect. (This is particularly apparent with people who are often overlooked or treated dismissively*.) This goes along with one you've probably heard before: Pay attention to how someone treats others (especially those in a "lower" social context*). Another similar idea is to notice how they act toward their mother and other women, as well as how they speak to them or talk about them. I've heard it put this way: "The way he treats his mom is the way he'll treat you in the future." When someone is kind to everyone, you can tell that they are genuine & sincere. * (e.g. servers and waitstaff, cleaners, lower ranking co-workers or employees, people who have less money or status, valets, shop workers, younger relatives, less educated or accomplished - basically anyone they aren't trying to impress)

Another great video Anna !! Just a comment on one of your past videos. I was in my Monday night tennis class last week, and a young lass comes to it. She is not very good at tennis (and either am I). She came up to me and started talking, asking me about how to grip a tennis racket. I put one hand on the racket, and turned it with my hand on her racket hand moving hand into the right position for a forehand shot. I felt the tension come out of her. As I finished last night's class, I saw her walking in for a swim in the pool, very big smile on her face. I think she thinks I am a possible partner, I guess I am old enough to be her dad.

First, for anyone else reading, physically showing a woman how to hold something or do something by placing your hand over hers to show her where it needs to be, is a great way to break the touch barrier and build sexual tension, whether in tennis, learning to play the guitar, etc. Second, re-watch some of my videos on advice for men over 50, focusing on compatibility in beliefs, values, and long-term goals rather than age. @@YourWingmam Just reviewed the two videos. For the most part, I pass for a good 20 years younger than I am, and I don't want to deceive these younger women. I think the biggest issue is not so much now as I am actually in better shape than I have ever been. Its more the longer term, ie in 10 + years. Best strategy at this time (not opposed to children) is to take it a day at a time, see how things develop, and accept the reality of what happens. As I've referenced "my friend" in past comments, she's doing her own thing (and after meeting her children at the gym recently), I think she is more of a mess than I ever thought.

Things women love according to her : 1) Run your hand through your hair / Head if you are bald 2) Stroke your Jawline / Beard 3) Slighltly tilt your head with one eyebrow raised (amusement look) / Shake your head in mock disapporval 4) Lean Back with Hands on back of head 5) Look at her with desire without constraint 6) Approving Nod by checking her out 7) Lift Anything heavy (Display Physical Strength) 8) Wrap your hands around her from behind (Obviously depends upon bond and closeness between you too) 9) Lead her somewhere by squeezing her hand (crossing road / Night walks.etc) Final Stage of Closeness or deep Bonding - 10) Hold her face and look deeply into her eyes uncomfortabale moment before you kiss her 11) Box her in against the walk 12) Toss her on the bed and ravage her. In my Personal opinion , I somehow inhibits some of the thing naturally and it works I will suggest you guys to do these things : 1) Hit GYM 2) Have purpose in life (Career , Passion.etc) Work towards it. 3) Have Multiple hobbies like drawing , reading books.etc not to impress her but for your character development 4) Treat everyone with respect even if you have the ability to destroy them. 5) Respect the sacrifices your parents made and work towards your Ambition(Most Important) 6) Avoid Timepass love 7) Last , Find High Quality Women having traits like : * emotionally intelligent * hardworking * respects people around her * Social yet private * she doesn’t let them settle with mediocrity * Last , supports her man and accomplishes her dreams too.

I agree about that number one. And it can be fixed even for gamers and some IT workers. You just need to start being more AWARE of the moments when you are doing it ..the leaning stuff. You can still do it (if for example you read something on the screen (with smaller latters / unless you use the increase font size option) 😄 or you want to see something ..better ..for like a bunch of seconds to a minute) ..but don't stay in a wrong position for too long ..time). Always try to go back to the corect / good / healthy posture (even when sitting on a chair). The main thing to do is try to often have your back (almost all of it) ..touching the back of a chair and your neck to be also in a straight posture.

You really got my interest when you first explain how men are attracted to the shape and swaying movement of women... because it's true for me...all that's so definitely attractive and ultimately seductive. Comparing men and women together doing and wanting the same thing, but from different perspectives reached a particularly receptive place in my heart... I think the pictures that you used helped too. Of course, I had to like and subscribe to "all" because I felt such a strong connection to what you were saying about flirting and seduction which are intrinsically natural that I enjoy and respect. These days, I have come to realize how essential flirting is. Cultivating the unspoken signaling of evolution becomes much easier and very interesting fun once I accepted how important it is as a bedrock language to mating that I was sometimes oblivious to while drawn to other urgencies in my life. I found your content, intuition, and suggestions enthralling and I'm looking forward to more. Thank you ❤🙏!!!

#2 For a women Power IS EVERYTHING! You must exhibit some type of power attribute in order to be attractive. Financial power, physical power, social power or Comedic power. Very few women respond to meaningful traits (emotional IQ, empathy, intelligence, decency) in men. Bravado, dominance, confidence are what they are hard wired to desire. Just as men are all about "looks", women are all about "power". What can you do for them. This shifts for women later in life, or for the women that has been dogged out a few too many times, and even then they still seek the asswhole jerk lol.

Women with low self esteem are seeking in fact such men because they believe they will be the one who finally changes even narcissistic self-centered people to give them validation that they are " the one" and special for such men. They couldn't be more far from the truth. This whole process is mainly unconscious and most women dont even realize that until their 30s and waste their time dating those goof clowns we all know. "Do women have beards? Not the ones you're interested in" Anna's eyes go left, then they go right OMG! that's so cheeky looool Anna! THANK YOU for this fab video! I loved every second of it. It shows how women find it sexy when we, men, do certain body or face movements. As far as I know, no woman told us about these subtle things, except YOU. All these tips are gold and I'm familiar with some, especially the look of desire which is my strength. When pouring her some wine I slightly smile and give her that look of desire for 2 secs. Even when stiring my cuppa, I stir it noiselessly while maintaining the look. This is just an extra thing I do with the eyes in order to let her know that I'm really interested in her. Also, when I move something that is on the table, while listening or talking to her, I move it gently. Nothing done in a rush. Btw, why the cat is shy this time? haha God bless

These are all great moves for men to recognize - the first time having a man take my hand was a wonderful feeling and I have never forgotten it. The best advice I ever heard to keep a marriage going strong was from a man who said - Always treat your woman as you did when you were first going together. That sounded great to me, we both can always be respectful and loving. Luckily, I did not fall for the feminist version of womanhood - I love how men have changed the world at this time of history and know how fortunate modern women are who live in Western societies. All our so-called women's rights are a gift from good and decent men, they maintain law and order and protect us from those who would harm us. A foolish woman sets out alone in the world. A lonely, childless woman can be the most miserable creature. All that said though not ALL of us are suitable to marriage, so choose carefully which lifestyle you eventually decide upon. If you don't wish to marry, that's fine, do something good and useful as people used to do in history. Too many young modern women seem to have chosen to be unwholesome as a single person, this is not a good idea. Be useful in your life whatever you become. Thanks for the commonsense videos.

It always interests me that the so called patriarchal, oppressive culture only seems to drive males to want to escape it. Males often seek ways out of society and civilization. I would think women would want to abandon it in droves. Instead they seem to want to control it. It's sad how we are brainwashing both young men and women to reject the things that create safety and predictability in our culture. I feel bad for my sons and daughter as they get to the age of dating.
