It's inspiring to see how Stoicism can provide such practical insights for achieving our best in all areas of life. The idea of focusing on what we can control and letting go of the rest really resonates. I'm curious, though - how do you think we can cultivate resilience in moments when external circumstances seem overwhelming? What specific Stoic practices have you found most helpful in those challenging times? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

I agree it should apply all the way around and I'm a man. Also, if you look at the face of all these men or most men and women that have endured a lot of stress but didn't express it have very droopy stressed out looking faces. Their face looks stressed. Know if you can learn to not let things bother you even on the inside then I think these things are applicable but I don't think holding in emotions or feelings or important opinions when you need to express them is not good for your health hence the worn out face. Even my body has aged cause of stress since I've been older trying to be more stoic and what I've found is that you truly have to not feel bothered rather than controlling your rage you shouldn't even feel rage or feel threatened by bad people around us. It takes a toll on us any way you slice it. Life is tough even if it's easy.
