You should watch the video anyway for more detail, but: 1. Don't cut your hair (keep it healthy and only trim when damaged). 2. Wash your hair less - learn how to do a good refresh. 3. Sleep with a bonnet. 4. Use rice water (link provided). 5. Use DIY hair masks and conditioners. 6. Use satin scrunchies. 7. Eat a healthy diet. 8. Get enough sleep. 9. Use wigs when you want a different style. 10. Braids (protective styling). 11. Finger detangling (link provided). 12. Don't colour your hair.

5 years ago I had the same hair... But always used to wear it straight cause of the community that I used to live in. Because of heat, my hair became so thin and it's now sooooo short 😭😭😭 recently I start to love my curls and I am taking good care of it. Pray for me to return my old healthy hair

Omg, the exact same thing happend to me. My hair use to down to my waist when it was straight so I wanted it like that all the time. And the fact that the community I grew up in, everyone had straight hair did not help. So I would always beg my mom to always to straighten my hair. She would do it about 5 times a year.(may not seem like a lot but my hair is sensitive) After a while, people started to ask me if I cut my hair which really confused me. One day my aunt told me I had heat damage and it made me really upset. I realize that my hair was about chin length when straight. So for the past 4 years, I've been doing my own hair and been moisturizing and taking care of it. I try to only straighten it one every other year. The last time it was straight, it was about an inch below my shoulders. Hopefully it goes back to its original length because I miss it.

MylifeAsBero فلوقات why you have then straight hair on you picture?
@TheGamingZCatZ5 жыл бұрын
Thats what happened to aunt! So when she was younger she had curly hair, and she always wanted straight and thick hair, so she always straightened it. But eventually it it turned her hair into thin and short (as she called it, he hair ain’t even that bad to me) and she is super jealous of my hair because it’s thick and short, so she tells me that story a lot. It makes me really sad :( i hope you find a great solution, and remember to never compare your looks to other people!

So I have 3b curls and I have to co-wash daily to keep my curls. When I sleep, my curls shrink (especially in the back) and frizz up and no amount of creams and sprays can bring them justice. I cut my hair mid-October and I have not seen any change. The weird thing is, is that I don't move when I'm asleep so I'm not sure about what happens at night. If anyone here in the comments has any tips or suggestions on what I should do, please reply. :)
