Damn... I know far too many of those more than ones I don't. Most of them I can avoid, but the worst of them I couldn't fully do it yet. This would could sure use a lot more better humans. I have to admit that the world is full of the types of people you mentioned in the video. I met some of these types throughout my life. The hardest part is when your own family represent such types of toxic people.

People who try to kill your motivation by saying "I'm just saying this for your own good, I don't want you to get disappointed", people who ignore your accomplishments and hyperfocus on your flaws. I love videos like this, good to make people aware of all this behavior. When you start to see it for what it is, you start to see it faster and that means that these people don't get away with it anymore, at least not like they used to.
