Need to turn the idle up on the Ole 12v should be atleast 800rpm when warm. I want a 12v reg cab dually but there hard to find

I’m looking at 01 24 valve VP44 truck it’s a little rusty and interior is in bad shape but it only has like 140K but has not been driving in 10 years would like to do exhaust and wheels might flip it but I would probably like it to much to sell it I can get it for 3,500
