These are wonderful and definitely in saved in plaidy for easy reference. We use Italian flavored bread crumbs and do same with zucchini eggplant sliced in rounds and can be dipped in beaten egg, first - delicious ‼️ Thank you so much🥰

Thank you , I love your recipes they look delicious I hope I can make them as good as yours. I’m not the best at wrapping the rolls, I’ve had a few disasters and a few pop open on me. I think the oil has been too hot.😢

Oh, I see! When I cook with rice paper, it also sometimes tears and pops open, though it doesn’t show in the video. To prevent the rice paper from tearing, briefly dip it in cold water and use it immediately. If you soak it for too long, it becomes too soft and tears easily. Another method is to use two layers of rice paper instead of one. Wrap the filling with one layer, then wrap it again with another layer. This helps prevent tearing and keeps the moisture from the filling inside, so it won’t splatter when frying. Also, using an appropriate amount of oil can help prevent splattering. @@chungskfood Thank you so much, I will try your method again. I use Olive oil or coconut oil, I have used avocado oil, but I’m not keen on the avocado oil. For health reasons I don’t use vegetable or peanut oil, I only shallow pan fry. I’ll try till I get it right. 😉

Sure! You can freeze them. Just be cautious because rice paper tends to stick together. If you want to freeze them, individually wrap each one in plastic wrap to prevent them from sticking, then store them in a Ziplock bag or container. Thanks for the good question!😊🙏

This is so much fun! What cannot be made better by wrapping it in rice paper and frying it crispy brown? It's a springboard for invention, a way to use up leftovers or random ingredients from the garden or freezer to invent new combinations. Have you considered making a series of dessert dumplings? Fruit bites, tiny cheesecakes, sweet noodles with edible flowers...

Hello! There are a few ways to prevent rice paper rolls from sticking to your fingers. First, briefly dip the rice paper in cold water and use it immediately. Second, be careful not to overfill the rolls with ingredients. Lastly, let the finished rolls sit for a moment before eating so that the rice paper can dry slightly, which will make it less sticky. @@grandmanette9503 Oh, I see! For rice papers, just dip them in cold water for about one second and then take them out. Even if the rice paper isn't soft at first, it will become soft after about 10 seconds, allowing you to wrap your ingredients well. If you use hot water, the rice paper can stick to the board, and it can also stick if you leave it in the water for too long or let it sit on the board for too long after soaking. The key point is to briefly dip the rice paper in cold water, place it on a board or plate, and then wrap it after about 10 seconds. If it sticks to the board, try placing it on a round plate and rolling it there. I hope this helps! Good luck!😊🙏

But the rice paper should be cooked before eating them? In some of your recipes, rice paper isn’t cooked after wrapping up cooked food.

Technically, It doesn't need to be cooked. It can be eaten both ways. It has a chewy texture when not cooked. It's crispy when cooked.
