I have this problem that I don't have enough strength in my hamstrings, so I start to walk more and more irregularly. My knee is not locked, I am definitely adding it to my daily routine. Thanks Tara, have a nice week.

Thank you. Great variations on some of the hamstring exercises I do. I was wondering if you have past or will consider a future video on improving endurance? I’m not sure about other neurologic conditions, but muscle fatigue is a big challenge for MS. I add 15-30 sec. per week to my endurance exercises. I progress but it’s 🐌 slow going. Thanks!

Hi Liz! This is an excellent topic! I will add this to the list. Might take some time as I am going to pull some studies specific to MS population :) I have a few that talk about HIIT, mito, and "general exercise". But I will try and find some more specific for endurance training. Feel free to email me anything you might find as well :)

Thank you Dr. Tara this was very helpful for me: as someone with moderate hamstring spacticity, I walk with a crouch gait with spastic hamstring and ankle dorsiflexion. And i hope you do more videos on flexion synyrgy pattern, I know it's not as common as extensor synyrgy pattern but I think other people will find it very beneficial as well. Thanks again

Fun fact. Some of these exercises are even hard for healthy ppl to perform. Especially @4:13. In general ppl have horrible hip mobility. So ppl who are discouraged by these exercises and seem to be struggling. Don't.
