@shaneiliadunkley1072 sorry I just saw this! I had the genetic testing done at 10 weeks. That included the sex unbeknownst to me!! But when they called to give results of genetics they asked if I wanted to know and I said absolutely!!!!

Same, I had the genetic testing done as well at 10 weeks....about a week and half later, we now know the sex!!!! Gender reveal....here we come!!!

Still cant eat chicken beef eggs or most meats. Multivitamins make me gag. Throwing up smoothies..can only get down bagels and pasta 😩 before alll this i only ate meat veggies and fruits and minimal carbs.... Not its all carbs 😫 im flabby and losing muscle mass. Started drinking protein powder. For some reason can eat seafood still however too expensive to buy!

Does anyone know if it is safe for my baby if I do the salt water flush for constipation? (1 tsp of sea salt in 1 ltr of warm water to flush the intestines) I'm drinking plenty of water, eating the right fruit and veg and excercising lightly but I'm still struggling with conspitaion this week :(

Cucumber and kiwi is your friend. Dont take salt and water... Take psyllium husk camsules. Helps with digestion.

Please make sure you are getting some fluid of some kind down! You don’t want to get dehydrated and end up hospitalized!

Same is the case with me...take small sips...dont take full glass at once...take just a sip at a gap of 5 to 10 min...just try this trick...may be it helps you...
