When i was a young girl, we bought a farm that had a greenhouse filled with roses. I claimed it as my own. Watching this greenhouse, I can smell my roses. It brings it all back. And the potting soil, the trays ,...I hope you have your own roses.I hope they smell as good as mine❤

My children also live in different states. I miss the days when families stayed close to where they were raised. Now they scatter all across the world. I guess weshould count ourself lucky we can have contact with phones etc and not just letters that ake months to arrive.

@@sammyjo8109 Hello, Friend. I moved a couple of hours away from where I was born & raised. I left home at 17 to go to an excellent university. My elder siblings (I am the youngest of 5, 3 of us surviving, by many years) left home at ages 16, 18 & just turned 19. Our sister, closest in age to me at 9 years older than I, sadly passed away from a serious health condition before I was 3 years old. Only my eldest brother stayed in the same area. Except for 3 years on the ground in Vietnam, when I was aged 8 - 11. Our 2 adult sons are independent men, were independent young men. Eldest joined the Navy at age 20 to pursue nuclear engineering. Now he is almost 40, teaches at the nuclear plant where he is also a senior reactor operator, & teaches at the community college 2 nights/week. He & his lovely wife (14th anniversary this summer) settled in the state where her Mom's family has roots. Gorgeous area of Ohio, not far from Lake Erie beaches. So green there! & 4 seasons!! Youngert son & his wife settled in Seattle, WA. Neither couple has children, & won't. So, my friend's 4 have become my honorary grandchildren. Aged 8 to 18. Love all 4. Blessings.
