I'm doing it for myself. I'll start my diet tomorrow. I'm really skinny before but because i was sick my parents make me take vitamins to gain weight also spoiled me with sweets. People judge me for being pluz size but there are more people who compliments me bc I'm pretty 😂 sorry if I'm boastful but i am really. I'm NBSB by choice i do ignore guys bc dating isn't my priority. I'm doing it for myself!! Day 1.

1.5-2kg fat loss in a month is Healthy. More than this could develop fatty liver and affect liver function also Nutrition deficiency and lots of other critical problems. We shud not take our body in Starvation mode.
