Actually the 3-4 looks like the same time as the rest however it appears to have split the rpm difference by flaring up as soon as or just before the cut engaged for some reason. I know he didnt, but it looks similar to when you use the clutch to try to speedshift. Almost like the shifter popped out of gear before the cut started.
