1200kg/h Golden Rice Production Line

This video shows our golden rice production line in a domestic client’s workshop. This production line mainly consists of the raw materials treatment system, dosing system, extrusion system, drying system, cooling system, and packing system. There are 2 sets of TSE78-R twin-screw extruders in this production line. The production capacity is up to 1200kg per hour. Golden rice is made from corn meal, rice powder, and corn starch. Besides golden rice, this production line makes normal artificial rice, fortified rice, and other nutrient enrichment rice.
