Regardless of what they say about Mr. Mays he's getting down to business. And in order to be able to get down to business you have to know the rules of various governing bodies and the roles they play are keeping the state running efficiently as a whole.

​@@one007guy but not because he can't do the job. He does it well and the others are simply jockeying for control. Mays is smart and he knows the business of running a council and a city. And he tries to run it for the benefit of the people. Not for his own political goals and ego. Sure he is long winded and rough with his delivery sometimes. But that doesn't negate the importance of his knowledge and years of experience. The important question is.... Will this council body affect good changes for the city and the people by the end of their term. Regardless of who is president at any given time.

@@mseunice7729 The issue is that he's had issues with multiple councils, multiple people of color (who've flip flopped like Davis, Galloway, and Burns) and now it is evident that if anyone votes against his way he attacks them. Watch the full meetings. What has he accomplished in 10 years on council? He is entertaining at best.
