when I saw the lighthouse in the distance I had to scope it out and sure enough (predictably) there he was... I just had to get to the other side of the map and BAM!!

@@TeriWilde That was my first though when I saw that lighthouse, like huh bet they stuck a guy wayyyyy tf out there. Sure enough looked through the binocs and there he was.😂 Learned to do the same as you mention form Spy Academy mission, which I literally only found from looking for eagles w/o any vids.🤣 Though this dude stole the cake on the longest shot, I was able to do a 979-980 shot from the rear most point of the ship behind the aa gun with maxed out zeroing on only the pk scope. Little difficult to line the lung assist up, but could have bent the bullet like Beckham if I could even see where the damn bullet was landing lol.

If you just want to get the gold medal, an easier shot can be made from the top of the aircraft carrier since you'll actually be able to see the guy on the lighthouse.

Yeah you definitely stole the cake on this one with the longest shot.😂 Like I though my 980m shot was the furthest till I watched this. Then again that was with empty lung, maxed out zeroing, and not even with a max range build, so not as cool as doing it in authentic. One of the easier shots of anyone wants to know for the authentic shot medal (not the furthest possible though), is to hit the sniper on the bridge of the ship while sitting in the main spawn area. Can get up to at least 460m for the one medal, and obviously further for the authentic one. Might be easier shots, but this one is straight away from spawning in.👌👍

You pretty much had to have took this shot a hundred times before you got it. I have been playing at authentic the entire game on XBOX and cannot make the shot. I have tried it the same gun set to the best configuration. Any tips that I might not know to help make that shot? My fav part of the game is killing invasion players so I am not an average player... but wished I could make that shot. I located this corner when I did this mission but I just did not try since I was trying to beat the mission. This map is insane and it seems small at first... but its a cluster f#$k in authentic if you are not very very carfull you will get cornered and I ran into several that I ran out of ammo and had to reload a save point. That boat is loaded with Nazis and it is so confusing to get around it. I ended up finding a way to get to the top and found working down way better since the Nazis run up and killing them us easy and you can just use the dead Nazis gun and reload your guns.

I'm on a PS4 Pro and using subsonic rounds worked for me. Subsonic rounds are the only rounds I could get to bend the corner of the building on the right with this loadout: Win & Co 1885 -PU Sight -Extended Marksman Barrel -MK1 Boys Brake -45-70 High Speed Magazine -Rubber Buttplate Stock -Long Travel Trigger -Laminated Beech Construction The arch of subsonic rounds extends downward and to the right a lot further than regular rounds. ✌

Cluster fuck of a map is right on the money.😂 Even more so with invasion on. You can see pretty much everything on that ship, but then again with the scope glare, you’re a sitting duck. The left part of the ship (under the bridge) has a staircase that leads to the very top, and goes 1 or 2 levels up from the bottom. Just gotta be careful of running since they can magically hear your footsteps through the metal walls, roof.😂

@@carsonchambers5617 I do not move when an invasion happens. I play in authentic mode and love killing Nazi invaders. I post on my small channel my kills. In in one I ran into a nest of Nazis and got the kill. I try to find a place where I can wait drawing them in and since they invade/spawn on the opposite side... I find a phone and wait them out. Invasion is really my fav thing... In the nest I got spotted and had to find a spot... www.youtube.com/@opagod
