It's a nice house, and the add-ons don't look "added on". How did they do that? Also, no basement, yet the HVAC ductwork is under the floor. I hope it can be replaced by future owners with ease.

You are correct no basement. Furnace was in the laundry room.

Are you single?? Next video instead of “slipping out” of your shoes you should slip out of clothing. I bet it would help you sell houses. Post videos on KZbin of you showing houses for sale, and as you show each room you should show some more skin and less clothing. That’s potentially a new trend, and I think you have the perfect amenities to showcase!
