Fried crispy tasty dimsum bean curd / tofu skin fu-chuk rolls
Ingredients
300g minced pork
Marinated with shaoxing wine, soy sauce, msg, sugar, cornflour
100g sengkuang
50g carrot
Green onions
150g fish paste
Dried bean curd skins
Mix all above ingredients until well combined. Take a tbsp of mixture onto a piece of bean curd skin and roll into a roll. Deep fried in oil until cooked crispy n brown. Served hot for crispiness.
