For me it was Scarfulhu's review of this abomination. He's done a mini-series on Video Brinquedo mockbusters, including "What's Up: Balloon to the Rescue" (a ripoff of Up that features interdimensional monsters and casual racism) and "The Little Panda Fighter" (which is about a panda and a polar bear running an elaborate scam involving a boxing ring).
