I remember I had a Japanese classmate in college from Yokohama. He is such a a quiet person and when we talk to him he only replies with smiles and some few words. But when he once joined us for a drink, he became talkative, he once said while drunk, "I love you Filipinos, you're very friendly and helpful. But you people are always loooud". We laugh and told him "Welcome to the Philippines". Which is our warm reply mostly every time to every foreigner who gets culture shocked to us 😄

I miss the Philippines and Filipinos. I live in Japan and I’ve been to Cebu to study English twice. The teachers were very friendly😀 I can’t forget their hospitality❗️Of course the sea was wonderful. I wish I could visit Cebu again and some other places in the Philippines.

i asked my japanese neighbor why he chose to stay here in philippines. he said the weather is good all year and he loves local food and mango. he has two mango trees in his house and i usually help him pick mangoes when it's in season. his wife is filipina and their son and daughter is in USA right now.

The reason why Japan is still beautiful is because of the implementation of said rules. Something that Filipinos severely lack. PS: Pinoy ako alam ko sinasabi ko.
