Can confirm! Haircut in Japan cost around 4000 yen. That's like P1800 in the Philippines. So I was really shocked that I found a haircut in the Philippines that only cost P35.00.

Just for correction, it's 350.00 php And that price is already costly for us Filipinos. My mother is a beautician and she also does cutting hair, and it only costs 80.00 pesos. But also has good result. I never got to cut my hair from other salon. Since then, it's my mother who cuts my hair. I also learned it from her. When she wants a trim, I do it for her with her instructions.
