Morning Sue, glad you had a nice day with the boys! 😁 I buy skinny bars to snack on, they’re really nice and you can get lots of different flavours. B & M has them and they’re only a £1 a box in there. You could make your own chicken to put in a wrap, slice up a chicken breast and you can get lots of different seasonings to coat it or dip them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. They’re much nicer than the processed ones. I do those in batches and freeze them, my grandson loves them! Have a great day. 🥰❤️🥰

You can make tempura fish batter by mixing cornflour and fizzy water, make the chips in the airfryer

Hi oh I know but It was not till I got poorly and I was on a low fat diet I could not believe how much food got so much fat In It, I have to be honest noticed a difference I got more energy. oh I know my fur baby Dash does keep me going and get through every day/ thank you hope you had a good Wednesday take care xx
