It seems to be a 'go to' when you don't comply with their 'requests'.... Under sec 136 you need to 'appear' to have a mental disorder..... Personally I'm inclined to ask them to articulate their subjective 'opinion ' and qualifications as a defermation case would require such evidence 🤔
