Overcoming the Bar of Section 362 CrPC
In this case, Supreme Court & Allahabad High Court held that Section 362 CrPC's bar on review doesn't apply to maintenance orders under Section 125 CrPC. The reason for this is Section 125 CrPC
The court recognized Section 125 CrPC as an exceptional category. Power to Modify under Section 127 CrPC: Section 127 CrPC specifically allows courts to recall or alter maintenance orders passed under Section 125 CrPC. This power to modify overrides the bar of Section 362 CrPC.
Thus Family Courts have the authority to review and modify maintenance orders passed under Section 125 CrPC, even after they are signed.

Sirji maintence case order hua tha. Execution lagi hui thi. Saja hone k bd hysband ne sath rehne ka dikhakr meri statement krwakr highcourt se quashing krwa li aur dv m bhi compromise krwa lita. Lekin 125 crpc k maintence ordeki exuction ko dismiss in default krwa di non apperence dikhakr.

Hello 15 din me 2 mahine ki regnancy report nikli aa per sonography report... family court ne interim maintenance laga diya tha...fir family court k dusre judge ne DNA test ka order Diya jisme opposite party DNA test k liye Lab me nahi aayi ...ab family court interim maintenance khariz karega kya ...kyu ki ye saaf saaf fraud ka case hai...8 saal se case chal Raha hai...
