Nice I saw a bear on the northern rail trail in New Hampshire last year. He kind of looked at me funny and then ran in the woods.❤️✌️

Back to the scene of the double century and a half. You are like so many of us who love cycling adventures. When we aren't riding, we are dreaming of riding and planning our next adventure. Awesome buddy...🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️

That's a beautiful ride. Marking it down for our bucket list. Nice job capturing the Fall. Isn't this the greatest time of year to be out on a bike?

Man I got to get my butt in gear. Your putting in some serious miles and Steve retired and cycling just put in 100 miles at 70. Time to hit the trail. Thanks for the video and take care, Al

this is amazing footage - This is not one of the more well known popular trails but is amazing for crossing PA

Thanks for sharing. I planned a through ride from Wellsboro to Jersey Shore but the remnants of tropical storm Debby decided the day of my ride she would dump loads of rain in the area, so I noped out of the ride. Thankfully I can find videos to show me what I missed :-) Let me know if you're every headed into the Atlanta area - we could do a collab on the Silver Comet and Chief Ladiga trails.

Awesome video again! I’m curious, why do you prefer a hardtail over a touring bike?
@TravelingThru222 Жыл бұрын
The bike choice is part of the training regiment, and it’s 11 pounds lighter then the trek.
@cammiller7686 Жыл бұрын
@@TravelingThru222 got it. So you would recommend a bike more similar to the trek 520 than to a hardtail for someone new to bike touring who lives in the north east?

Do you suffer from any hand numbness or neck/shoulder pain on such long rides? Any tips to combat those issues?
@TravelingThru22211 ай бұрын
Hey, I deal with hand numbness from time to time, but not for long periods of time. I don’t have any pains anywhere else. Usually making minor tweaks to adjust your saddle, seatpost height, and handlebars should take care of aches or pains. It’s worth a shot.
@rickmoore8293 Жыл бұрын
If you were going to do the trail one way would you travel south or north? Opinions.
@TravelingThru222 Жыл бұрын
I guess I would go from Wellsboro Junction South to Jersey Shore. All downhill, pretty much.
