Madam my case is different, my wife name is X, D/O Y, we had 2 male children and employed in govt. I am also employed in govt in the name X, D/O Y caste of Y ST .Once she already filed 498A 3/4 DV 506,406,354, 420 etc. I got acquitted in all cases. Again she threatening to file all cases and asking for alimony and maintenance. Interesting point is I came to know that she is not actual D/O but D/O Z,caste OC. What I should do now
