Rack is the KTM Powerparts rack with a Shad base mounted afterwards for their 58X expandable top box. I only use the top box for trips and like the SW Motech Slipstream over the Shad base for daily use. Loc-Tite those bolts ;-) The rack is sturdy and excellent quality & the rails work well as grab handles for pillion.
