I use a 12ga Officer barrel segment, sharpened, and fitted to a 3ton Arbour Press Ram. The anvil is a piece of Endgrain Aussie Hardwood ( Red Gum) For wad stock I use waxed corrugated cardboard ( chiller boxes for Vegetables), which gives a moisture proof and self sealing over powder wad ( both star crimp and Rollcrimp) for Short (30mm) Starter Gun blanks ( Rowing races, Surf Boat comps, small yacht/boat races etc) Same wad for Film and Theatre Blanks, usually 70mm or 50mm cases. I worked in a machine shop there was a couple dusty press's in the back,... with tools attached,.. you could punch out any diameter. This is something Lee should have designed. I would just use a drill press,.... and a golf shaft and a zip wheel to cut the shaft at the proper diameter. You would put the drill press on the slowest speed. Cut the shaft at the right diameter so as the big end is chucked in the press. you turn the shaft against a belt sander and it gets razor sharp,.... the run the zip wheel across it a couple times creating gaps or teeth,.. then begin cutting your wads. Or take a 3/4 drill bit drill through a 1/2 steel piece clamp it in place. Then remove the drill bit and on the flat end yo sand it to a sharp 90 degree edge you chuck the bit in back wards and press the handle down to cut discs. You choose your diameter with a drill chart,...I make them for a muzzloading shotgun so their larger.

Apparently the seller is no longer filling orders, or at least we were never able to get a reply. I suppose COVID has shut them down which is too bad. For those that need to punch your own cards, check out Overshot Wads the Easy Way by Barry Declined and do it the way he shows 2:00 into the video. When the owner couldn't buy the TATV press, he had me buy a punch. For 20 ga. the General Tools 1280-O Hollow Steel Punch from Amazon in 5/8" when used like in the Barry Decline video works amazingly! I hope this helps someone else, and TATV is back after COVID. Stay safe.

A fair question to ask. It's priced in USD because my manufacturing and brokerage costs are all priced in USD. By keeping the price in the same currency vs CAD, it saves me having to constantly adjust my sale price to match the fluctuations in the USD/CAD exchange rate.
