Yes … JIN, SUGA and HOBI are older then RM but as the leader he gets introduced first even though he's the middle member. RM & HOBI are the same age since they were born 1994 and same goes for JIMIN & TAEHYUNG born in 1995.

That hip-hop gathering where B-free attacked RM and Suga... If you watch the whole thing, it will make your blood boil. Suga was trying to explain his decision to join an idol group and B-free just twisted everything he said. Remember that RM and Suga were only 19-20 at the time, still in their first year after their debut, and B-free was 8-9 years older than them, and yet he saw it fit to attack his juniors. But both RM and Suga handled the situation with poise and grace, despite their young age. RM struggled with this dual identity for a while, and finally laid out his answer in "Do You".

bts discography is so varied that the only way to understand why all their albums are related is listening to them in order from start to finish but in order, they are so dedicated to their music that when they know the order they will see how good they are They are for the composition and above all the dedication that they put into their work are not fashionable, they really are boys who love to make music, their history is so significant that it is embodied in their albums, I also advise you to watch not only more lyrics, but also documentaries like the rise of bangtan since 0, bts is not like the groups that are normally seen in kpop, they go beyond the moment their musical intention is that their songs and lyrics really support those who listen to it, suga said if you listen to the music from bts without prejudice you will be able to understand what we do .. blessings guys

Remember that during that interview where RM and Suga was disrespected, they were only a 18 & 19 and that is a radio post cast. The guy disrespected them was 10 years their senior but Suga responded at that time in a professional manner.

The most number 1s is a weird record it’s how many countries did a song or album hit #1 in, it’s really only a thing for truly global artists because at this point it’s mostly just been BTS vs BTS as no one else has their global reach (things like getting up to #1 in 120 countries in a single day of release etc.). Weird or not we do enjoy keeping it going and each country large or small gets friendly competitive in Army for how quickly your country hits #1. In a lot of award areas it’s been BTS has a group or soloists, being the only one who can top streaming or sales records set by BTS. RM is I think at 209 song writing credits and I’m not even sure what Suga is at right now but JHope is close to Suga. The vocal lines writing credits are all between 10 to 25 or so, which is impressive but the powerhouse and 3 pillars of BTS song writing is the rapline. They 3 rappers have been steadily encouraging the vocal line to write more which is great to see, like you saw RM helping Jimin in the video with writing a song he’d been working on for a while.

I also want to emphasize how extraordinary Namjoon was at the time BigHit scouted him. The whole group is created around him - at the beginning Bangtan Sonyeondan was supposed to just be a three-member hiphop group with him as a leader. Bang Pd basically saw the potential he had and decided to bet all of his money and investment on Namjoon when he was just a 16 year old, that’s how special he was, and still is. By the way, Mono holds the record for the ALBUM that reached the number 1 position on iTunes in most countries ever. While Sweet Night by V holds the record for the SONG that reached #1 in most countries, so you don’t get that confused lol. I think I already suggested that you react to Agust D’s song The Last, but here’s some background about the song and Suga of that time before getting into it. In the song, he mentions the show “Show Me The Money” which is Korean hip-hop competition show, where many rappers compete and it was considered that you’re a not true rapper if you don’t go to that show. Some people were making fun of them for being idols while doing hip-hop music, even had their name in their songs in the competition, calling them out for not coming to the show etc etc so that’s why Yoongi mentions it. Later, it turned out that the show is very racist and all in all problematic. They really dodged a bullet by not participating in it..

19:19 So it *is* kind of a cultural thing. Most mainstream entertainers in SK wear makeup whether it be singers, rappers, actors or anchors. But the ones who were disrespecting Suga and RM were their peers in the underground rap scene, where makeup is not a thing. But the whole issue was not only because of the makeup, but also because they thought RM and Suga "sold out" by joining BTS. One of the rappers from that interview, B-free, said that he also struggled as an underground rapper, but he was capable of enduring everything and that's why he didn't want to go mainstream. Ironically, B-free is still a no-name rapper in SK and the only thing he is famous for is dissing BTS. He also went to jail a couple of years back for assault, there's that too. So I'm glad BTS decided to "go mainstream" because they made the right decision for themselves.

That is not quiet true. Everyone going on TV wears make-up because of the light/glare while filming. In the K-Hiphop/Independent scene it was not a thing back than. I think they moved from that since. B-Free has actually done MVs - with make-up - since than. In 2020 or 2021 he was nominated for an award, too. I saw some antis making bets how Army would get angry if he actually won that award... as far as I know he didn't since there was no reaction as far as I can tell.

@@ruthfischer7615 Some K-hiphop artists have started wearing makeup, but it is still not prevalent. Especially if you look at underground artists. Also from what I understand, B-free has a small following in the underground scene, but my point still stands that he is not famous for his music. The general public knows him because he dissed BTS and because he was arrested recently. B-free might have chosen to move on from his past comments and start wearing makeup in his MVs. But that doesn't change the fact that his Twitter apology to BTS in 2019 was bullshit. Right after tweeting that apology, he was retweeting shady stuff about BTS. So I don't feel bad about holding a grudge against him.

I think I saw a reactor once pulling up one of his MVs for fun. There were many Army comments. So I didn't mean he had a very successfull career just that he had some success. And I'm aware that the K-hiphop scene is big enough not to be a monolith. But there are not that many GOATS (?) coming up in the last few decades so what we see from outside is not that big. There is actually a youtube channel full of K-Hiphop (and K-Hiphop news). It's interesting. 💜

Airplaine pt 2 is awesome , latin vibes, and Airplane pt 1 is a solo J Hope song from his 1st mixtape. Agust D The Last is so good, and BTS Nevermind. 5:15 That specific scene is from their minisode series finale episode 8 of #BTSAmericanHustleLife when they went to LA to film back in 2014 and worked with several western artists such as Warren G and Coolio (I don’t remember the rest). The was part of one of their missions of self-promoting as well as learned a few things from other artists before finally making their appearance for their mini concert at the end of the show where they performed “No More Dream” & “We are Bulletproof pt2” followed by small improv encore where they then showed what they learned during the show. 6:14 Yes, they had full participation of their music but they still had to follow much of what they company wanted them to do such as what to wear and how to act etc as well as some of the songs they sang or covered that was contributed by other artists. 11:32 😂Namjoon was very experimental with his hairstyles, he even had a sort of dreadlock mohawk at one point it was hilarious … im glad he grew out of them and im sure he is too! 13:14 That was RM’s previous IQ for the longest time until retesting during university entrances (I think) and his IQ reached up around 190, which is almost as high as #WalterOBrian who’s IQ is 197 13:32 Yes even though RM is still known as the only one fluent in english, they all can speak decent amount of english to hold conventions as well as sing & rap in full english including Japanese. *It doesnt mention that RM learned english during his childhood from watching sitcom “FRIENDS”.*
