To those who speculate negative things... you are ruining the experience for those of us in TRUE need of healing in that area. If you're not there physically, you can't really *sense* evil, but speculate and imagine it; and as far as I'm concerned, if you're imagining it, you're the ones who are in need of spiritual cleansing and being centered. I have a question: is there any other way I can enhance this experience? I have lumbar spinal stenosis and a herniated disc, also in the lumbar area, but I noticed when I listen to the Throat Chakra bowl, I immediately feel it (then again I'm a Taurus and also a singer and a linguist, so that's my strength area), but with this one it's much harder to feel it in my lower back. I think I may be very, very closed. Any suggestions?

MsCtotheB Root chakra is more the spine/lower back to my understanding, especially the very end tail bone and spinal problems in the lower back are usually root chakra issues not sacral related. Sacral is the sexual organs. Solar plexus the stomach area.
