Everything comes with an AC unit. You have to buy batteries and cables, an isolator ,2 fuses, and a battery box in the frame or side mount

Nice sistem brother , but may I suggest you need a Dc to Dc charger for this battery’s to charge them directly from your truck while you are driving….. I have the same sistem but different battery’s , I can run my A/C 12 hours at least on a full charge , let me know if you need and info , God bless nice video

Buy a DC to DC 40 amps and connect truck batteries to DC to DC charger and from there to your batteries , you charge those batteries while you are driving

Correct you use deep cycle batteries, so you have to use DC to DC charger . Currently, i used lead acid batteries so isolator work for me but later i convert deep cycles, then i switch to dc to dc Thanks for you info

So you have a breaker on positive coming from the start battery into ac battery and a fuse at other end (start batt)

I just installed OTR group 31 cca 700 ecl battery but you can use higher power like amp battery or deep cycle batteries that lonv last in my case in 100f i tested upto 5 hours so far if ac set on eco mode

@@mosa5529nothing wrong with his setup because he’s using lead acid batteries. But if you are planning to use deep cycle lithium batteries is recommended to use a dc to dc charger. This regulate more efficiently the flow of energy to the batteries and keep your alternator from overheating. But the guy set up is good just depends on the batteries you are planning to use. Redarc is an Australian co which makes very good good products it has dc to dc charges and battery isolators as well. I hear on other videos the 40 amp dc to dc is the way to go if you planning to install something similar to this. One more thing many new vehicles has what is called smart alternator’s if you vehicle has one of those you must install a dc to dc instead the battery isolator because smart alternators drop charge values depending on your vehicle needs and this can affect the charge going into your battery bank.
