The first thing is when you make cell pack, the cells should be of equal capacity sorted. It is used here 1800mAh and 1200mAh cells which will create issues in cell balancing by BMS and Battery life would be reduced drastically. Secondly due to this problem the usable capacity would be of this battery pack is. Reduced to 3600 mAH only and at 1C discharge rate the battery will be give only 3.6A of current at peak. The BMS also seems to be dual Port and the proper connection point of load should be between B+ and P- . Please crosscheck these things and modify..
