What makes the LED strip do those patterns? Is the LED strip a led tube or is it a LED strip behind a diffused piece of plastic? Also, what's a ghost module?

It’s a custome in-house fabricated led strip with individual grounds sectioned through the strip. The Ghozt module is what we program and ground the led strip to in order to have the sequential animated patterns shown on the video.

These are one-off strips. It comes from EXLed website

Alexandre Legrand It’s not a LED strip. It’s an in-house made LED Ribbon using the 1533L2 LED chips. EXLED does not make a drop-in ribbon for the BK2.
